Very friendly and welcoming club, great coaches and able to accommodate all levels of performer.

Lacks health and safety; a good coach and inclusion.

Coach showed up late. One student a regular present. She was also taking out the equipment. Health and Safety flags right there.

When the coach arrived she said that she is called coach x. Then there was no induction or any explanation of what would happen during the class. The student who was present jumped on the trampoline and I was told to spot - again without any explanation. The coach and the student were having a good old conversation.

My turn arrived. I was expected to jump onto the trampoline. No steps were taken to a show me how. No questions were asked about what help I would need. I finally got on, nearly breaking my hand - and the instructions of what to do next were once again almost nonexistent. My turn again, and i was unable to get on. No accommodations were made. The student suggested the bench - which we used to do at school. But this coach refused. So not willing to hurt my foot or break my hands by stepping on a chain I walked out about 8 mins in. A lot of work needs to be done on how to coach and create a place of learning.

My daughter has been attending this club for around 6 months and loves it. The coaches are all fantastic at this club.
