Consistently the ticket machine are out of order; once again this morning only 2 out of the 5 ticket machines are working causing customers to have an extended queue - a considerable dilemma for those whom have brought their tickets online and wish only to collect them so to get pass the barriers.

This morning I had left myself 5 minutes to collect my ticket and get onto the platform for the 10:35 to Bedford which normally is plenty, but as there was a long queue asked the station guard manning the barriers if i could pass as I have already purchase my ticket using the Trainline app (showed the station guard my confirmation for this train and ticket on the app) to which was quite rudely informed I would have to collect my ticket. I had to then highlight to him there is a long queue due to only 2 of the 5 ticket machines working and thus would miss my train if I was to collect my ticket.

This is becoming a weekly occurrence having to give more time in the dread that again most of the ticket machines won't be working and I'll miss my train into London. Feel it's high time we switched to QR ticket barriers that accept smart phones and ditch the paper unreliable ticket that is too easy to damage or loss!

Also the staff at Three Bridge station are consistently rude, unhelpful and quite unprofessional whiles on the platform - a number of times have I over hear them being crude about other colleagues, customers or the management or using unacceptable language. For a station as busy as Three Bridges that is a main link to London, Gatwick and Brighton I feel this poor service can't stand!

Special shout out to Keith and Maciej at Three Bridges station for helping to recover a lost backpack (on a Thameslink train from Luton Aiport Parkway) containing quite a few valuables. Very friendly and went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure minimal stress! Thank you!

Staff friendly and supportive. Regular trains to different destinations and staff always able to offer advise around beat routes and changes.
Lift to platform. A couple of little. Shops a available before barriers. Rest rooms on platform. Quick existing for when getting back to bridges.
Parking is reasonably priced. At available. Never had to queue behind more than two people. So quick easy polite servixe

Cancelled trains on 14th March due to fatality at Haywards Heath. Trains terminated at Three Bridges.
No information or assistance forthcoming from any of the dozen or so "staff" loitering on the forecourt.
No info on replacement buses so left to fend for yourselves.
The staff are as effective as a fart in a hurricane and there is nothing about this station that I would recommend.
Only 1 star as you can't give zero.

Three Bridges station today, Tyrrell on the platform helped me get the right train for my journey, and did it all with a smile, even though it was busy with the replacement buses and people asking for lots of help.
Thanks everyone and to the Coffee Zone as well for quick service with a hot drink.

Extremely unfriendly and useless staff.
Accusing people due their faulty ticket machines. When they need to check somebody's ticket they will try to come very close (PANDEMIC TIME) and take your phone from your hands (how about social distance), and no hand sanitizer was used before doing that.
When you buy ticket online for your Smart Key card and money were taken from your account, instead of refreshing the Window page on their computer your will be advised to buy another ticket (for more than £60 ) and request refund online.
I had very disgusting experience from the staff at Three bridges station and personally I will try to avoid it as much as possible.

Staff are so helpful! Went above and beyond this morning to quickly print my ticket at the barriers so I could get through to catch my train that I was running late for. I didn't need to queue at the ticket machines and miss my train - thank you!
