The station staff member William was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I was having issues with my oyster card and getting home. William helped me with the the issues and I got home. Its nice to see staff so helpful and professional at Coulsdon South Station.

Nice Station with two long platforms there is a entrance & exit on both platforms. Lifts are available also. Southern and Thameslink trains stop here.

Such a nice simple step free station with a new overpass!

Edit: April 2022

This station is a lovely 4 star station, 4 trains per hour in each direction providing a lovely every 10-15 minutes service going both ways! Bus stops nearby and also a nice little coffee shop at the main entrance and it is step free and has toilets! Brilliant that is, for a small simple station, it is absolutely perfect and I see no reason for anyone to be put off coming to this station.

The staff are also very friendly here so do not worry about that!

So quick to get into London and beyond from here. Thameslink services very good. Got from here to Greenwich in less than an hour using Overground. Long platforms, step free access, exits both sides and a delightful coffee shop. Some planting to make it look nice too. Parking close by, bicycle racks and close to bus routes and a taxi company. My preferred station for trips into London.

Pretty nice station, clean, nice operators etc, but can we get some e-ticket machines? Almost every other station I visit has them, but when traveling to and from here I'm stuck with physical tickets, which can be pretty inconvenient to pickup in a rush, and this has harmed me on many occasions.
It's only one thing, but it's such a big thing that I feel it justifies the review

Wheelchair accessible, long platforms if wanting to social distance, ticket office open most of the time, helpful staff, links to central London, Peterborough and the south

Just tried to get in car park to catch 12.39 to London. Car park totally full. Coulsdon Town parking a complete waste of time. Looks like I may have to drive to North london
