Twyn y Gaer

Great location with fantastic views. A hill fort with obvious boundaries and nearby pillow mounds / burials. Nicely maintained trig point. Fairly obvious route from the Visitor Centre or from a nearby road. Open country with no gates or fences.

Lovely part of the world. Easy walks and great views. Weather was just perfect. Cafe served large meals at reasonable price. Great day out.

Great place to visit. Lovely walk with the benefit of a tea room at the end. What more can you ask for.

A lovely walk up to the top with great views and not too difficult (well maintained path ) so ok for young children. Cafe at the bottom served delicious homemade food but was a little on the pricey side.

Lovely walk - stunning views all the way - not too strenuous if you aren't used to long walks with a few hills - nice cup if tea at the end and easy parking

So many people walk up Pen y Fan every year, luckily not that many come to this place for one of the best views of the mountain.

A great little trig pointed Iron Age Hill Fort with commanding views. A stunning little place and easily accessible from the nearby road. A great place to walk your dog and take the family.
