2 Stars given, as journey into town was fine. However, a wait of 45 minutes for a bus at the Town Centre bus stop on the return journey was totally unacceptable. Then, you can guess, 2 turned up at the same time. You couldn't make it up! In the 45 minute wait, we must have seen a dozen Stagecoach buses pass us, all showing 'out of service'. This Operator needs to get its act together. Locals standing by us were saying its quite a common occurrence. Next time we will park at a town centre car park. Not impressed!

Thought this would be ideal to park our Motorhome and catch the bus into town. However there are height restriction barriers so managed o find another car park closer to town, Portland Street car park.

Big car park for the race course. Sometimes you can see horses being transported in special vehicles to visit the vet nearby.
