Chelmsford railway station

Frustrating as hell waiting to get a staff member to serve us meanwhile a member of staff is sitting at her desk doing nothing as meanwhile one guy is doing all the work with at least 7 people waiting due to this I have missed the couch to London I am a weekly commuter if there was a different train company in Chelmsford going to London I would use it instead

The staff at this station have a very bad attitude, unhelpful, unfriendly and customers are treated as a nuisance. Needs to improve for the extortionate fares we pay!!

I'll give it 4 stars based on the exterior of the station which seems to have gained a very modern look with the simplicity of the BR/National Rail logo and the nameplate Chelmsford in a nice red font lettering.

Red cheers up anyone's day.

Poor parking and signage. Train cancelled. Next one late. Rubbish sevice
