Ashford International Railway Station

Thanks to a guy called Steve who carried out bags, gave us directions to our hotel, then when we returned to station hour later he was still there and gave us a umbrella as it was raining.27/10/20 time was about 10 pm. What a nice man he is.

11/072020 due to a signal failure. my train to Bexhill was cancelled and i was advised the next one may also not be running. Whilst waiting outside the station for a lift the staff came out to tell me next train was coming. I rushed back to be given a bottle of water. The staff are lovely and also had to deal with a aggressive passenger. Maureen BARTLEY

Ashford international is great with many services in and out of London arriving here. To
Start with, ashford international has services to, sandwich via Dover priory, st pancras international, ramsgate via Canterbury west , eastbourne via rye and hastings, margate via Canterbury west , london charing cross and Victoria but it would be great if they connect with the hs2 line which called at faversham and gillingham to st pancras therefore we can all go on the train alot more and
Many people will be thankful.Also, the brighton service has been removed that service was AMAZING.

Just to say how helpful Evie Roberts is at ashford international, usually can’t find anyone to ask, she kept up to date all travellers what the situation was.

purchased a ticket today for £84 +what a a miserable so and so must have been sucking lemons no smile must love his job

All the staff at this station should be commended, I have yet the find one person who is not helpful, kind and informative. Well done

Needs improvement! Have just stood and waited at a window to buy my ticket for almost 10 minutes and no-one! Barrier staff on many occasions swearing during conversations as I've walked through. For the amount you pay for travel I expect better.

Don’t leave your bicycle there. The likelihood hood is that it won’t be there when you return. Station security are useless.
