Staff are not trained. Couldn't even read rights properly at time of arrest. Your mental health is the least of their priorities. Don't provide anything religious or knowledgable such as books during stay. Food is inedible. Lack a lot of brain cells or they purposely act dumb.

Wow this place is just understaffed or incompetent I'll get the impression it is the latter.
Furthermore as an organisation that is meant to understand the law, implement the law and understand all process involved the number of mistakes made is unacceptable. My personal opinion it seems that staff are not trained and were just running round like headless chickens. More importantly not one individual from senior management to front line inexperience staff displayed any aspects of critical reason... a basic fundamental skill one would assume to de this role.

Oh dear aggressive contemptuous of the public, uninterested in presenting a professional demeanour. Lowered my opinion of the force. No wonder they are in special measures. Solving crimes seems beyond them. How many cases brought to court? Please find decent officers somewhere because Wandsworth appears to have none.

It's better than most hotels I've stayed in! Beds aren't the most comfy but you get free meals when you want and unlimited free drinks. Also you can make phone calls without being charged. There are books to read. Shower facilities are ok, free toiletries and grey tracksuits with pumps. Would definitely go back.

Staff are rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. They don’t listen to what you have to say, they will walk away whilst you’re explaining the situation to them and then go about things the wrong way. One police officer shoved me and another said “move before you get nicked” they are extremely aggressive to try and get a reaction out of you. As police you’d think they’d protect you but they make matters worse by making jokes about the situation and abusing their power. I’m currently undergoing therapy for the emotional distress caused by the police at this station.

was very warm gave me clothes fed and watered me stoped me drinking more. was like being 18 again told off and without the spanking lol😂100% brilliant as my father says we can’t do without the police they are there to help defend you and to stop the people that want to take on the world and police after a couple of drinks 🍺 😂 like me and lost 😂
