Seven Kings railway station

Rubbish service. Trains are always being cancelled and when they aren't cancelled, they are delayed by up to an hour. Not to mention the ridiculous system the staff work during the morning. They keep everyone behind the barriers, saying because of overcrowding on the platform. There is no one on the platform because they have overcrowded us all at the entrance.

I'd give it 5 stars simple fact there always staff there I don't take the train that much but what ever time.I have gone there have been staff it. Has a couple of waiting room so if it's rain or its bit cold u can stand inside

Had some issues at the station and Rehman was an incredible help. Not very often you see somebody with such excellent customer service. Very respectful man.
