I could laugh at the lack of staff, hardly see anyone, not on hand to help at all, barely acknowledge you when they are behind the desk, whenever I go past they always on the phone, the man who does the cleaning is always so friendly and helpful, there times shown upstairs for trains are different to when you actually are on the platform but no reason as to why and no announcement given either.this used to be such a friendly place with staff but it's a shame how it is now, people working here need showing how to do the job properly.
