This is a review for a staff member working at the station, Mr Muhammed Irfam, the overnight security guard on 14.10.18. I accidentally ended up very lost on the last train on a Sunday night with no more trains running, he was kind, helpful and went above and beyond his "job" to make sure i got home safely. its caring people like this that are a credit to not only the station but also the team of south eastern trains. THANK YOU guys keep up the great work.

In my opinion, This station is underrated. Half an hourly services to London Bridge. And the fact it has 3 platforms is quite a surprise however seeing the racecourse you can understand why as during race days loads of trains that usually terminate at east Croydon or coulsdon south instead head all the way to London Bridge which I think is great! I love coming here to also clear my mind by looking at the view of the racecourse and also the view of London! I included a photo of the racecourse view for any interested! I think this a great station that had a member of staff at the ticket office despite it being a very quiet time of day!
This station deserves to be highly rated. It's brilliant and is perfect size for were it is located and it surroundings!
It's also step free to the platform not the train! I wasn't able to locate any toilets however so unsure if there is any there!

Very nice station this is the last stop on this route. There are no stairs here so is disabled and buggy friendly. Also no ticket barriers.
