Coaches arrive and depart on time, places to sit down, clean toilets. Nothing more to ask for a main city coach station.
Extremely helpful staff that helped me recover a lost bag I've forgotten in one of NationalExpress' coaches.

Smart and tidy but the info screens are rubbish. I’m on my way to the international ferry terminal and there are no signs as to which bus. There’s no direct shuttle. Fortunately the staff know.

The bus (no 8) wanders round the city centre first. Then, at the terminal end, the bus doesn’t actually call there. It drops you on the nearest road and you walk in. (On the return journey, it stops on the other side of the roundabout).

It’s almost as if the bus company and Brittany Ferries were sworn enemies.

This is NOT an integrated system. I apologise to international visitors. If this is your first time, we’re not always as useless as this.

PS don’t try to get on the bus when it arrives. The driver will chuck you off. You’re not allowed on until 2 minutes before you leave. Remember, you’re only a humble passenger. Know your place.

Busses arrive with great punctuality with kind staff and clean facilities provided. Warm refreshments are available from nearby coffee shops located within the centre, overall a fairly quiet ambience with enough seats and efficient service.

No pick up/drop off. Space provided full of taxis. 10 minutes?!? It takes 4 minutes to walk to the ferry. Train or ferry late? That's your 2 minutes, rush back and no returns in 2 hours, ridiculous. 1/5 of a star.🔺

Compare to other locations i been in England i would definitely say this is excellent place. Plenty of seats, clean toilet’s and friendly staff. The locations is beautiful, if you are bored sitting inside just grab a cup of tea/coffee then go outside where you can see a beautiful view of lake.
