Called me as they were given my details from a quoting website. Missed the call so called back. I asked to be removed from the database based on GDPR rules and Nina was just rude, speaking over me and being sarcastic. If this is your customer service then good luck to you. I don't believe my details will be removed and they will sell on your details as well

I needed to ship a Dacia Dokker from Wales, U.K. to Italy and they were the only one that offered this service door-to-door at a reasonable price. I could not ask for more. Sebastian Boconcios, the managing director, handled everything from the beginning to the end in a very prompt way, he even answered to my emails on Sundays, while other comapanies took their own time even to answer my initial enquiry!
Both Sebastian and the driver Donatas have shown great professionalism, reliability and an impeccable service. The car was transported in an enclosed transporter which gives security, discretion and less risk of being damaged. So, they not only moved a vehicle from one country to another but they took care of it, from the beginning to the end. I strongly recommend them, whatever car you need to ship, as they are really the best!
