Useless. Had a delivery for us, wouldn't take it anywhere past the back of the truck - "We're only here to get it off the truck" was what they told us. Paid £125 for the privilege too! DPD would have been half the price with better service (and they're not great either).

Left us with a ton of rubbish, an old pallet to get rid of, and a £5,000 worth of electronics left sitting out in the rain. Asked if we could get any help moving it in to reception (it was a 100kg item) and the response was simple:"No."

If your delivery is being made by Montgomery then do yourself a favour and find someone else, it's not worth the hassle.

Absolute great driver who let me view inside his truck before he entered the toilet roll fsctory, lovely personality and very friendly. He deserves a pay rise!

Our house is an unmitigated pig to deliver to - even transit vans struggle. So making sure we can intercept deliveries is vital. Montgomery were brilliant. The firm coordinating this delivery had no clue, hadn't got the intercept instructions and didn't care, but gave me a number that turned out to be Montgomery in NI. Very helpful there as far as they could be. That led me to Preston who couldn't help enough - understood the problem and contacted the driver. Excellent driver rang me in good time so met up without a hitch. Wish all companies were this good and switched on. Many thanks.

Done 2 weeks on nights for these new pass driver and everyone is helpful and nice. If you're new pass probably one of the best places to go thay will help you reverse in to bays couple and uncouple (in real life)👍

I was at Montys through an agency and had driving assessment and induction with Patrick smith (driver trainer) 100% spot on . The problems start after that filthy lorries inside and seeing as we have covid to deal with it’s a total lack in duty of care to drivers . Management where informed and false promises made from Belfast and a worse condition veichle was sent. Both these veichle had been smoked in which is I believe illegal. My advice to any driver walk on by. I reiterate duty of care and cleaning of veichle with covid 19 rules not happening. It’s very sad as the initial contact induction was very professional (Patrick smith) the rest very lacking.

Absolutely joke of a company, There driver’s are not professional what,s so ever . Was driving on the A59 towards Bootle in lane one. There driver was in lane two , He just indicated to go in to lane one hit the wing mirror of the car and scraped the rear quarter panel of the car , I managed to catch up to him , he denied everything gave me abuse and drove off. Rang the company supplied pictures etc , Guess what fobbed off. Absolutely joke, This is not over for sure.

Really, nice people, sorry I messed them about. Patrick, driver trainer is a first class bloke. All I met were pleasant, friendly & helpful. Rob.
