As a ground handler in the UK we have used Hackett and Hackett on so many occasions for our corporate business to our super VVIP movements. I do not need to worry about whether the driver has reached the destination, found the client and dropped them off. They are extremely smooth you are told each step of the way status of the job. I can sleep without having the worry about anything especially for out of hours jobs. Highly recommended.

Paid for a service that they did not deliver.

Used for my wedding day as a second car. Was told on the morning of the wedding there was another amount due to cover the cost of the ribbon and bow. Paid immediately and was then told I would receive a refund because the deadline had been missed. When their driver arrived he was met with the driver of the main car who was nothing to do with Hackett&Hackett. The main driver along with 2 bridesmaids supplied their driver with a ribbon and bow for the car aswel as fitting it themselves for which I had paid for via Amazon. Following the wedding, the refund had never been issued as their driver claimed he had purchased the bow and ribbon himself aswel as fitting it himself. Completely lied and fabricated the truth to take my money. I have since contacted Visa to have the money refunded to me as Hackett&Hackett refusing to refund the money. I would be very wary when booking this service and always booking with a Visa to ensure the validity of the transaction.

We have been using Hackett & Hackett for years now. Always the same great service - both in the UK, and ANYWHERE else in the world!! They’ve helped us out in Belgium, Scotland, Spain and many more places. Chauffeurs are professional and the cars are immaculate.

Professional drivers. Top of the line vehicles. Courteous. On-time. Hackett & Hackett met us at the arrivals baggage claim at Heathrow, helped us to the vehicle and whisked us away to our destination in London. Along the way, the driver could not have been more courteous to my family, answering questions about London and the UK, and offering observations about the places we drove past. We also used them for our return trip with an early morning pickup. Again, the driver was on time and super-courteous and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.
