Fantastic ! Myself and my husband went to Australia in May this year , the team including Sam and Kim booked our flights to Singapore, Brisbane, Adelaide, all transfers and hotels . Everything went smoothly all hotels were fantastic . They are professionals , we will always book our holidays with them in future .

Be careful if you make use of their holiday savings account. My partner opened one for my 30th birthday so that people could all put towards a holiday for me. I have called the Syston branch numerous times without the phone being picked up (different days and different times) and not had any replies to emails. I eventually went into the Loughborough branch today to see if I could get anywhere and I was told that they weren’t even aware that they offered this service despite that being the branch my partner used to open the account. We persevered and when they finally bothered to search their system for my name they found the account but apparently cannot tell me how much is in there, which staff member opened it or how I can now get this money out. I imagine if I had gone in asking to add to the balance this wouldn’t have been a problem at all.
Needless to say, I DEFINITELY will be taking this money out as soon as possible and would never ever use them to book a holiday after this experience.
Don’t sell a product and then not tell your staff that it exists and how to use it. Awful service.

All the staff are brilliant. They always do their utmost to get you the holiday you want . They did everything for us . Fabulous.
