TUI Holiday Store

Booked my holiday with Rhea today and she has been amazing. She has gone through lots of options for us to find the best hotel and location. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She got us a wonderful deal and cant recommend her enough. Thank you :)

Went today to price up a holiday to Bali. Rhea quoted and assisted us nothing was to much trouble and was very knowledgeable and helpful absolute credit to TUI definitely recommend and ended up booking so thanks again looking forward to going now.

My husband and I went into the Tui shop to book a holiday for May. We were greeted by Lara with a friendly smile. We told her our budget and were we were thinking of going. Lara was really helpful and gave us a lot of detail we settled on a holiday and she also gave us some excursions we could go on. We always book with Tui and eveysingle staff member are friendly and professional. Thank you Lara for all your help much appreciated.

Recently booked a holiday with Zoe she was very knowledgeable and informative, she also very efficient at finding all the little requests we had, and she did find us an amazing holiday such a kind and friendly person who cares about you getting your dream holiday.

Went in today to book a holiday with no idea were I wanted to go. Left not long later with a holiday to Cyprus booked ! Zoe was extremely helpful and give us lots of advice on were was going to be best for our specific needs . She was lovely ! Also Shelby went out of her way to help us out and find us the best deals !

No its not a bad review but the how amazing the staff at blackburn tui shop lancashire are ,Donna was such a natural humble character and rest of the team we're so funny it was a spectacular experience and I was booking flights only ,working in retail for 18 years now I don't think you can get a better service any where else that's a fact. Nearly every member of staff treat us like royalty.thankyou

Shop at tui blackburn when booking hols all the time. Just booked for June and Chris was amazing. He is always polite and the service we receive is excellent. When he is not available the service we receive from the lady's is also excellent
