Absolutely horrible experience. Booked through this agency but they put us with another group. First off the hotels they put us in weren’t clean and they would not clean so we were living in dirt for the days we were there in such a holy place. 2nd of all both group leaders are sooo disrespectful and so ignorant. The leaders aren’t leading anyone but themselves. Our luggage was broken because they chucked it out. They took us to the airport for our flight back 7 hours early because they didn’t want to pay for the hotel room for that night and lied to us saying that the “airline told them to come 6 hours earlier”. When we got to the airport the airline didn’t allow us to come in the airport because they said they were to early. They also booked us tourist visas instead of umrah visas (without disclosing us) so on the way back home no one was allowed to bring zam zam water. You will never believe what reason they told us for not being able to bring zam zam back. They said, “The airlines have banned bringing zam zam back” which was an utter and complete lie as they airline informed us that you require different visas. Anyone considering booking with this group please don’t. They tell lies upon lies and have ruined our beautiful trip. The leaders care more about themselves than the people they are leading. Find another group elsewhere so your trip can be as beautiful as the place you are going too.
