Very poor service so far, let's see if they can turn it around

Came in a short while ago, stood around waiting and ignored. Eventually a young lad came out, I handed him a piece of paper with my options on to which he said he couldn't sort yet due to time frame. That's fine get in touch when you can. We're now 6+ wks later and nothing, tumbleweed!
If hayes doesn't want my money that is fine, just tell me, do not waste my time n effort!
