Virgin Holidays at Next Home, Valentine Retail Park, Lincoln

Having arrived back from Florida in February, the day after arriving home, we went straight back to re-book. The staff and environment were fantastic (as usual).
If you're thinking about booking a holiday, i strongly recommend Virgin Holidays. From Manchester, make use of the V-room too..
Going to miss the Boeing 747 I must admit. Flight crew Amazing even when disruptive customers are trying there best to be disruptive.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Why only 3 stars? Mainly you can be waiting half an hour or on some occasions longer and still not able to see anyone to discuss your holiday. Very frustrating if you want some quick advice. Could really do with time slots

So nice to have a local Virgin holiday shop locally. When booking a holiday we find it nice to be able to talk face to face with a representative rather than searching the internet. If you are unsure about something they can help straight away.
I can fully recommend the store and staff for their knowledge, expertise & advice.
Definitely be using the shop again.

Normally wouldn’t book through a travel agent, however the staff and their knowledge has proven to be worth the extra time to pop in and see them. Booked a holiday to Antigua a few years ago with virgin, the staff were so helpful, recommended a great hotel and just made the process so easy. Recently visited again to ask about an upcoming trip, social distancing and all COVID procedures were carried out and made me feel safe and comfortable. Saffron, Eleanor and Adam are great. Very knowledgeable, warm and friendly.

We had looked at different places whilst we were looking to book a holiday to Florida. We can honestly say that the service we received from Adam was brilliant, he was totally professional, listened to what we wanted. We never felt rushed, Customer service from Adam and his colleague on the day was exceptional. 5 stars definitely. Thank you Adam.x
