The staff are fantastic and couldn't do more for you to help.

Not one to complain, however I feel I need to. Not only myself, but my partner and a family member have received such bad customer service from the sales advisors on more than one occasion Not even a smile when entering, no help given, it's an effort to even get off their seats to show you a brochure !! There's only one young lady Terri who is helpful but not always there . Maybe she needs to train the others in customer service and to smile.
I will be taking my custom else where in future .

Excellent service

My husband my brother in law and I visited this office earlier this week - we were looked after by the lovely Camilla - the customer service was second to none. Our needs were complicated and all of our expectations were met. We were just so impressed not only with Camilla’s professional and really friendly services we found all of the young Ladies Woking there an absolute pleasure. The staff in Thomson Faversham are excellent..
They always treat you with respect, even the most awkward, and they are many.
Always willing to sort my inability of failing to print my tickets etc.
Always there with a smile.
Great customer relationship.
Undoubtedly 5***** service.
