Vogue Travel House

Used Kayak to search for a flight and then compared with Vogue.
The flight on Kayak was £968, £1384 on Expedia and £854 on Vogue's web site.
Before booking and decided to call them to confirm the price, but they told me there website is not a bookable website and gave me a price of £1107 for the flights.
This is very misleading, especially that the give you the option to enter information and pay from the website.

FAKE COMPANY TELLS YOU, YOURTICKETS ARE BOOKED AND WHEN YOU MAKE A PAYMENT THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL INSTEAD OF CALLING TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE BECAUSE THE AIRLINE IS NOT ACCEPTING THE MONEY THAT WE WAS TOLD OUR TICKETS ARE COMFIRMED BUT WAITING FOR E-TICKET TO BE PRINTED.
And i am being told refund will take 4 to 8 weeks

it is the worst experience in my life they took my money all of them are not honest always lie i think they stole my money i am going to make official complaint at police station .I advice you not to deal with them they will take your money for nothing . This company is not exist in reality it is call centre with web site they will rake your money then play a lot of games

Please avoid this company as I have not been able to get a ticket I paid for or refund since October 2020. They are still playing games with my hard earned money.

This is a fake company. Please avoid using it if you want to save your money. I have lost more than £ 2500.
There is also a CCJ against them.
Please please avoid them. It’s worth paying extra quids and booking your tickets from a reputable company

Absolutely disgusting company if I can even call it that! Still awaiting my refund from flight cancelled due to Covid in December. The phone numbers have conveniently stopped working and have not had any email responses in months. An absolute disgrace!

Zero , please be careful using this travel agent, they refused to refund my money although the Lufthansa has refunded full mount of my ticket 3500.

Booked flights last year. still awaiting refund. being fobbed off again and again. Really unprofessional . AVOID THIS COMPANY
