From booking, through to final payment, Sam and Tickets house Limited have been excellent. Sam really knows his stuff, he talked through with us what we were looking for and he recommended where to stay in Cuba, any excursions we could do and the right time to go. Sam has extensive knowledge, he is friendly and helpful when you go into the shop or on the phone. I would definitely book a long haul flight with Tickets House and Sam again, very good agents :)

Do not truest this company. They are thif and lair, the stress they give me unbelievable. They push you to book and once you booked they will telling you to make a payment and send them a payment confirmation, they are not respond your email and call him self Sam john and max at the end you speak to the same person. Once you made a payment the time limit they give you at the end tell you they receive late so will ask you to pay extra money or cancel your booking and get canclatin charges £75 per person. This company are foroud I will pass the police to del with these thif.

Worst service ever, and I reckon these "positive" reviews are fake. These guys will string you along to obtain a non-refundable deposit, won't meet any of their promises, then shout at you for asking for a refund

This company stole my money. They take a deposit and then don't give you what you want. The positive reviews must be fake. I will be taking them to the small claims court. Avoid. I have had the same experience as many other people writing reviews.
