Just booked a lovely Winter break with the help of Ashley at Waltham Cross branch. She was so attentive, knowledgeable and patient. She not only provided me with peace of mind but excitement for my forthcoming holiday. Fantastic service provided by her. Will definitely go back to her to book my next trip!

Charlotte and the team were amazing! Visited branch on a Monday to book a last minute holiday to fly out on a Wednesday - 2 days later and everything was sorted out.

Had the difficulty of changing my mums holiday when she was diagnosed as terminally ill... Tracey and the team at Waltham cross were incredibly helpful during this time especially when mum was less mobile .. mum sadly passed away and everything had been dealt with in time and I must say a massive thank you to Tracey, TUI and the team for making this transaction simple.
