TUI Holiday Store

Amazing service. Emma Shaw quickly asset our holiday needs and found an amazing deal for us so we booked there and then. She has a great can-do attitude and we will be back for sure the next time we book. This girl is a credit to the TUI group. Thanks Emma!!!

My partner and I came into the Gloucester branch not really knowing what holiday to book and where to go for the summer. Emma sat us down straight away and walked us through the different locations and resorts available. She was a massive help in helping us to decide what we wanted and is an absolute credit to TUI. We would definitely book through TUI again because of how helpful she was.

Visited Gloucester branch of Tui last week to unfortunately cancel our cruise due to serious illness of our mum. Laura dealt with us with compassion and understanding and said she would sort it out.
True to her word we received a phone call a few hours later and by the end of the day we had been sorted out with a new holiday for later in the year. Exceptional service by all in branch and would like to say a big thank you.👍

Company gets worse by the week! Went into my local branch to buy euros and was given a poor rate compared to what tui was offering online, they told me they wouldn't give me the online rate as they would only offer the best rate on the highstree the shop was based on, left and went to the post office on the same street and they happily price matched the tui online rate no problem at all

Great staff, very helpful when using the Bureau de Change and sorting me out with a travel money card.

Really impressed, they responded & helped with a query that wasn’t there problem but still was so friendly & professional. I’m not a fan of Gloucester but will happily go there to book future holidays with this store. Thank you again :)
