TUI Holiday Store

I've never used a travel agent before but we were so happy with our experience at TUI Eastleigh! Both ladies were busy when we came in but we were acknowledged. We then spoke to Emma who was so lovely! She really took the time to understand exactly what we were after. She made some really great suggestions so we went away and thought about it. When we came back we spoke to her colleague who was equally lovely. Both ladies were so enthusiastic and were really invested in getting the right outcome for us. They were not pushy in the slightest. Consequently, we now have a holiday booked! Will definitely visit these ladies again in the future.

I can't thank TUI enough, especially Tara for sorting out our holiday. We were due to go on a cruise for our 25th Anniversary on Saturday with freinds. On Friday my husband tested positive for covid. TUI gave us our options, made all the changes. and we're just brilliant. Even though we were extremely upset we couldn't all go, they made what was very stressfull much easier to deal with. Thank you so much TUI (Tara)

To be fair I was never going to use tui again but had a voucher I needed to spend before the end of October.....the Eastleigh store in particular Steve and Tara were absolutely wonderful. Helpful and patient and are a credit to tui. The rest of the staff are super friendly too so overall impressed ...and future holidays with tui will be booked via them!!!

Since Covid, we have committed to using Tui as our choice of travel.
We are quite experienced in our knowledge of booking as we check online and see what we like, and then go in store and book it face to face. Each time we are treated professionally and with respect by all the team however just lately when we have booked Jackie has been exceptional with her customer care.

We have always booked our holidays at TUI Eastleigh, all of the staff are super friendly and always happy to help. A huge thank you to Jacqui who helped us book our first ever holiday abroad!!! We only had a rough idea of where we wanted to go ie no more than 4 hours on a plane, an ok ish budget & a big dream in our heads of what we’d really like our first holiday to be like… Jacqui went above & beyond and found that dream Holiday and in budget!!! Because we are new to all this holidaying stuff she helped us with travel insurance, car parking and she has offered us to pop in a couple of weeks before our holiday to run through everything with us so we know what we’re doing!!!
