We book a holiday through Thomas cook Farnbrough to Mexico, cost us a lot of money as young people. At first the staff where really helpful, but after getting told our hotel was having building work to the pools we cancled and changed hotels. this wasn’t an issue as we had 3 months before we went. Then 2 days before we fly we get told the same thing abit our hotel but the email from airtour wwas sent weeks before we where told. Then we where told we had to fill out a VISA on the plane. This wasn’t an issue we then found out this could have all been done in store with them and they could print it out for us. No stress would have been nice. A few members of stafff are great but they are not helpful I would not recommend booking a long hall holiday with this company you need someone who cares we are still
Missing details and we are here. They also didn’t tell us that we should have taken dollars instead of Mexican peso we have been very let down and we are trying not to let it ruin our holiday...

I phoned to add checked in luggage, the person I spoke didn't even try to help me and made it sound like my booking can not be found at all as I originally booked through Expedia. She went out of her way to be unhelpful. I went home and logged in with no problems, my booking was there so I've no idea what she was talking about.
