TUI Holiday Store

I should of flown on the 17th of June to Birmingham and instead I flew to Manchester a day later.
I have been emailing this company and all they say is they don't recognise the flight number.
I have phoned them several time and get no answer. A friend who flew on the same flight has been paid out over a month ago but they still do not recognise my flight number.i think i will book with Jet 2 for September holiday.

Was advised that a holiday I chosen would probably not suit me, & gave me many alternative & highly recommended a holiday to Greece & recommended a particular Hotel. The Hotel & location, was all spot on.
If your not quite sure what or where you want then visit the Tui store Redditch, they will put you in the right direction.

Recently had the need to use the money exchange in the store and what a great of people that work there! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I asked for small notes to be ordered so I could use a lot of the money to tip whilst abroad. Alison the manager said she would ensure my order consisted of small notes and she was true to her word. We will definitely be popping in the new year to book our next holiday!!!!
