TUI Holiday Store

Waited 35 minutes for rep to come off phone, speaking to client but didn’t even acknowledge our attendance or, apologise for wait, totally ignored. Very rude, arrogant young woman who when asked after 35 minutes how long she thought she would be, replied in a disrespectful manner - “I’m on a call”. Unfortunately our Fareham branch is closed but we’ll never set foot in this particular store again! Sometimes booking online is not possible (as in this case) as we wanted to discuss something- however, this attitude from the Portsmouth store definitely doesn’t put TUI in a good light. Didn’t even want to give 1 star but couldn’t publish otherwise!

Have been using tui north end branch for 40 years I cannot recommend Yvette service enough so helpful in everyday always finds what's best for you ❤️

Wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my holiday. Absolutely Great service, super friendly staff. I always go and see Yvette when I’m there - she’s great - always goes above and beyond!

Recently came into the store to book a holiday and I was served by the agent Amy. We were very impressed by her extensive knowledge on a variety of different locations and types of holiday. Her service was excellent and she made the whole experience easy and made us very excited for the holiday! Everyone in the store was very friendly and I will always be booking my holidays in this store from now on.

Will only ever book my holidays in here with the girls. Katie has been exceptional the last few times I have been in there. All of the team go above and beyond every time.
