Galloway Coach Travel

At central bus station, leaving to Braintree. The bus driver told me to get my ticket stamped by a ticket teller, as I had used the self service station. So I ran to the teller, waited in line and had my ticket stamped, and luckily the driver was still at the dock. I rush over to the door, showing him my stamped ticket, he looked me in the face and reversed the bus, leaving me behind. I have never experienced worse manners and service in my life. Thank god for the kind staff at the Central bus station who saw it happen and validated my ticket for a bus two hours later. I will never recommend Galloway to my friends or include it in my travel plans. Very upset and disappointed.

My son just back from Berlin on a school trip and told me how polite and professional Tony and Ajay were ,he committed on there very safe driving.Far better than the other coach from another company in ever aspect,many thanks from a happy parent ! Yours sincerely Jason Houlden

Unable to get refund from cancelled trip despite writing to their head office as they instructed early this month. No response to my Royal Mail signed for first class letter. Will never use again.

I have been on a few trips with Galloway and the service is very good friendly atmosphere and comfortable the prices are very good also I intend on many more trips with this company

Galloway Coach Travel provided us with an excellent day trip to Thursford Christmas Spectacular. Unfortunately my 89 year old mother in law was unable to travel as she had a fall and broke her arm earlier that week.We contacted Galloway to claim on the insurance for the cost of her ticket. We have been given a run around , pushed pillar to post by Galloway who say, although they sold the policy its the insurer that deals with the claim. The insurance table of benefits show £75 excess to pay and have to provide a form completed by her doctor at a cost of £36. These costs outweigh cost of ticket. . Unfortunately we have been unable to speak to a Insurance Agent, and can only go by information provided by email. In my opinion this policy was mis-sold, and will not be using company again

I don't believe the Colchester shop is open as yet.
