Booking through their website for 5 day parking at T3 purple parking. The sat nav directions took me directly to another car park which I was unaware was them. I was charged £125 to use that facility on my return. I went into the reception and they said the they did not know about the booking. Called Heathrowparkingg.com customer service and they said that all the information was there so basically tough luck. Reviewing the info they sent there is no map and the sat nav suggestions take you directly to long term T3 parking. Never going to use again. Terrible information and even worse customer service!
