TUI Holiday Store

Went in to store last week to book a holiday to Orlando that was quite complicated because of the all the different details that I requested, moving hotels half way through then going back to the first hotel. I was seen by Helen who was great and was trying her best to sort things out for me, unfortunately the poor girl wasn’t given the correct information by Disney.
The Manager Dexter came to help us to get all my requirements & everything that I wanted for the weeks that I wanted to be away and between Dexter and Helen my holiday was booked and nothing has had to be missed off. Dexter certainly knows his job and how to get everything a customers requests. What a wonderful team of people to book your holiday for you. Thank you Dexter and Helen.
I would definitely recommend this store and the staff they really do go over and above to help with everything you want in a holiday.

Booked holiday with tui . Got to airport to check in with Ryan air was told to pay £20 per person for boarding passes . I might be wrong but when you book a Holiday , hotel plus flight I thought everything was sorted for you . Apparently not . So anybody booking a holiday with tui find this out first . Won’t be using them again. Will go with a company that actually knows what they are doing

We were advised in store that the RIU Touareg Cape Verde was like the Maldives but less expensive. We were promised something special but instead got Benidorm 2 star at best. I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AS SOON AS I CAN GET HOME

We booked our honeymoon to Crete with Maxine, she was so helpful! We booked our 2nd holiday with her and she’s just amazing, so friendly, professional and helpful! Made the whole experience just so much better!

Had really good service from Lydia at Tui Lakeside. Rang me back at the time I requested after speaking with her several times during the day and finally booked my group holiday at 8.30 pm !!

I was really pleased when we booked our holiday on Saturday to Turkey, with Maxine Harvey she was very helpful very knowledgeable and a very nice pleasant lady.
Will recommend my friends and family to use TUI Lakeside and ask for Maxine.
She even told us about the TUI app which is great.
