I have worked in travel for 30 years in a number of different roles, more recently with Giles Travel for the majority of those, so as you can appreciate when Giles was sold to Gray Dawes Group I was a little anxious about my future to say the least! But having worked for Gray Dawes Group now for 2 years the way the staff have integrated the business into the operation with friendliness, respect and proffesionalism has been second to none. I work as a member of a very dynamic Sales Team brilliantly lead by David Bishop and Laura Busby and have been made to feel an integral part of the team. Our CEO, Suzanne Horner constantly reaches out to the staff every week (even through the COVID lockdown period) to share her positive long term ambitions, development and performance of the company and she does this with pride and passion which serves to inspire myself and colleagues alike.
