My family booked our last tickets with a different travel agent, who made a big mistake with my ticket & he was refusing to put it right.. Sangeeta very kindly gave me advice & how to go about getting it put right even though it was nothing to do with her or their company. I can’t thank her enough! Won’t let anyone else book our tickets again! Very helpful with our visa’s too.

My family has been dealing with DBSR travel for some time now. The level of service that I personally have received is nothing than short of amazing and professional. The stress I was experiencing when I was trying to organise my trip was not good. Once Sangeeta and her husband took over I found out issues with my travel that could have stopped me from travelling had I been sorting it myself. My experience is not over yet as the initial plans have been completed. I just wanted to express my gratitude in words here so they can see the impact their help has had so far.

I just want to say a big thank you for processing my visa and getting it sorted so quickly. This is fantastic. I went to India four years ago after not been to India for 45 years or more. I had such a struggle try to get a visa and had to make several trips to Birmingham to sort it out. This why i was surprised and amazed that no questions were asked.
