TUI Holiday Store

Excellent, service, nothing is a problem, could not ask for better,we have used them six times because it has been a pleasure for us, should be renamed,no problem holiday bookings

Went in today and Jo was so helpful found us a fantastic holiday extra leg room seats insurance sorted the lot thank you

Jake is an excellent member of staff, he has communicated exceptionally well when we had a issue after coming back home, really helpful and attentive and hope this man gets promoted!

I Had to make adjustments to a Big upcoming family holiday and I usually see Jake who is Excellent but it was his week off so was served by Jo. She was very Professional and had all the time in the world even though she missed her lunch break to serve me. Thank you so much Jo and all at TUI Bromsgrove for the fabulous service. 👍👍

Booked two Holidays within just a few weeks, first holiday me and my partner booked was with the store manager Shelly and the second was with Jo, Both ladies gave us a fantastic service from start to finish and were both very knowledgeable with the destinations that we had chosen.
Everytime I go in the store to make a payment on my holiday I usually deal with a young fella named Jake, he's always happy and keen to help and extremely polite. I must say the whole team there are fantastic.
Will 100% be using the bromsgrove store again, would definitely recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

I always use this store when booking a holiday, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Booking my holiday this year is the same as every year a stress free experience !!
