After dealing with a number of agents and looking online to find the perfect holiday, I came across Kate in branch who's service was the best I have ever encountered! She took every call and request without fuss and found us the best deal possible, super happy!

After receiving a terrible service from TUI Clacton branch when booking our wedding overseas we resulted in dealing with another branch locally and were more than happy with the service provided. We dealt with Abs in particular as well as the branch manager and they have been polite every time I have called to pay some of the balance off!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE😨😨😨😨😨😨
I paid £150 deposit stating very clearly what my requirements were. After receiving the paperwork and realising they had not booked what I asked for I was reduced to tears by a woman who was more interested in defending the rep than solving the problem and kept talking over me.
There are some good tour operators out there. Sadly this is MOST DEFINATELY NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!

After booking a holiday over the phone with TUI requesting an accessible room and leaving in just over three weeks. Today I spent over an hour trying to contact there welfare department to ascertain if our first choice of hotel had suitable accommodation. If you have to rely on using a mobility scooter (suffering from a rare form of Motor Neurone) the last thing you want is problems.
In desperation of being passed round in circles on the phone, I phoned the Colchester shop and spoke to Mitch. Wow what a difference. He understood my concerns straight away and reassured me that he would sort it.
Within 2 hours everything was done including a change of hotel to one that we knew would be OK.
Such brilliant customer service. Well done Colchester shop. Lesson learnt, will use them in future for any further bookings.

Always book in store as I prefer to speak to someone. Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service, highly recommend

I couldn't find a holiday suitable for what I was looking for however Gary from tui Colchester found me exactly what I wanted for the right price. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I'm very confident that I will get excellent service from this shop and particularly from Gary whose knowledge and attention to detail is excellent. I know too thatit is easy to change if something needs to be altered. They are access able by phone and u get to talk to a real person
