My family and I have always used Qibla travels and they have always provided an excellent service.
I've been Umrah many times through Qibla travels with my husband and family, however this was the first time I went alone with the ladies group and I must say it was 5 star all the way!
I was so pleased to have met such a diverse and wonderful group. Mrs Khan went above and beyond at every opportunity from the level of organisation, to the hotel, food, tour and professionalism was all on point! Mrs Khan even provided services on a personal level by sending breakfast up to my room when I was too unwell to come down!
May Allah swt grant Qibla travels barakah in everything thay they do and reward them for their immense kindness and sincerity in their work in bringing people of the deen together

And gave us too many problems.
Changed our flight times without telling us which caused us significant inconvenience and Wouldn’t provide written confirmation at the time of payment.
Didn’t give room confirmation until few days before travelling.
When we reached makkah. Qibla travels did not give room reservation details to movenpick hotel so there was a 3 hr delay in getting our rooms.
I have multiple health issues and this gave us a lot of stress as we required a room upon our arrival in makkah.
Two people did not get a room at all and Mr sayed payed out of his own pocket so that they could get a room for the first night. The following day they had to leave the room as Qiblah travels had not solved the problem.
They gave our group lots of inconvenience.
Please be extra cautious when booking with qibla travels , personally I will never book with him again .
Right from the beginning, they did not deliver as promised.
*They confirmed flight details with us and then booked us onto another flight without discussing with us.
* they confirmed a 14 nights package but we only got 13 nights.
* said that they’ll rearrange our flights to ensure that we get the 14 nights as agreed but after 4 weeks said that the airlines couldn’t accommodate our request ( I have liaised with airlines enough to know that it doesn’t take 4 weeks to confirm a change of flights .
* one week before travelling , they wanted to change our hotels in makkah .( we had to strongly request same hotels as agreed at the time of booking as other family members had booked into the same hotel ) mr khan said that we were very difficult customers but AT NO POINT DID WE ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT WAS CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.HOWEVER THEY DID NOT HONOUR THEIR WORD.
Myself and my husband had planned to support our family and friends during Umrah and our group of 29 people consisted of many disabled and needy travelers and due to the flight change without our Agreement meant that we reached makkah at 8.00 in the morning instead of 1am in the morning, which resulted in the elderly not having a good nights rest before commencing their umrah .
Rooms not available on our arrival in makkah as reservation numbers not provided to the hotel and we didn’t get the rooms until 11am. These rooms should have been available immediately upon our arrival at 8am.
Two people did not get a room at all for the first night and ended up waiting in reception until midnight .
We paid over £200 to book a room for the night as mr khan and his agent were unable to resolve the issue and advised us to stop panicking as we were not aware of how the system works .
( Alhumdulillah been for umrah and hajj many times and know quite well how the system works)
Mr khan refused to pay the hotel for the night at our request and said it was his agents fault .
The two persons were checked out of their room the following afternoon and the issue was not resolved until later that evening.
WE HAVE ASKED MR KHAN FOR A REFUND FOR THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT THAT WE MADE TO RECTIFY HIS MISTAKE, BUT AFTER NEARLY 4 WEEKS, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST.
If you decide to travel with qibla travels . Please make sure that you check and confirm all the details as I see that on the packages they have advertised , they state Maden hotel or similar but they must be accurate in what they are providing as some people who haven’t been for umrah before will be none the wiser and accept whatever’s given to them .
Totally lost faith in qibla travels .
When they took our deposit . They promised that they would make us happy and we would have no complaints . But they completely disappointed us .
