Very attentive, knowledgeable staff who are very helpful.Their aim is tigive you the holiday you want at a good price. Always use them for our holidays as nothing is too much trouble.

I would not recommend using this travel agent at all. I have recently booked a cruise in Feb 19 and I had to cancel on the 3rd of April 19 due to circumstances. I have been in touch with royal carribean to find out about my refund?!? which they have already issued!!!! but gates are still saying that I can not receive my actual money till Tues 7th of May, which is a ridicules amount of time to wait. I would be very wary of using this agent ever-be warned!!!!

GATES Travel have provided 2 special and bespoke itineraries for our holidays to America and Canada. The USA trip was amazing and full of excellent places to visit. Canada was booked for Sept, Gates have helped to rearrange this for us. Thank you

Popped up for some advice on booking flights for the family to Australia, walked out the flights booked. Saved us money and took all the hassle away. All this while my 18 month old son decided to have the run of the place!

We recently dealt with two members of the team who were knowledable, personable and responded perfectly to what we were after. They came back the same day with one excellent itinerary, followed by two even better ones the next day. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We are in Somerset and found the company on the internet when struggling to buy European train tickets. I cannot praise them highly enough- they are knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly- everything a travel company should be and I will use them from now on and recommend them to everyone. I just wish they were in my High Stree!
