Cheap Flight Catchers

They are trying to charge me £165 on top for rescheduling a plane ticket that got cancelled! Actually, I have to call Turkish airlines to find out that they was not supposed to charge me a penny as it's a flight cancellation. Plus they want to have £30 on top for adminstration cost??? I had to bypass them and did the rescheduling from Turkish airlines for free after. Not happy with there service and the staffs don't know what they are talking about either. 4 staffs gave me 4 different answers for my query!!!

Its a shame to book with them. PIA flights cancelled and they don't want to refund my money. They asking 30pound deduction.for administration fee. I spoke to Mr areeb who booked my flight he said I will get full refuned but no confirmation and when I called them again for asking, Mr Huzaifa said we will refund your money after deducting 30pound per ticket.please dont trape with them.

Forget about getting your refund back they will stop answering your calls and eventually you have to threaten them with court letter

They don’t want to refund my ticket and they just tell you lies all the time.
Also they don’t answer my calls I believe they have block my number as I call from my brothers phone and they answer but now the block that number also.
Terrible.
I am going to contact the travel agent association and made a formal complaint towards the agent James Tailor and the company global flightcatchers . I am tired 3 month is enough.

My tickets where cancelled and no alternative tickets where
offered to me. I now am due a full refund, If i don’t receive a full refund. I will be taking flight catchers to the small court claims as this is not acceptable.
