London Star Travel

This Hajj 2019,,,my friend who travelled with London star travel with worst experience. He has not given appropriate and adequate information about Saudi sim, so the old man is left out without any communication. They lost my friend in Mina and when I asked travel company manager who accompanied Haji's said we will look for him after Hajj! I politely asked him why don't you inform Muallim who is holding his passport, why not inform Saudi Hajj police etc,, group leader replied I am busy. My friend infromed me his luggage gone in different bus, women given go ahead to fill up bus and bus was full..so no space. He has not provided any wrist band or ID . so when he is looking for his group no one could help him.

I would definitely not use this travel agency for any sort of Travel. Poor customer care, lack of sensitivity to customer, irresponsible, arabic speaking (sounds like) but very poor English accent,,,difficult to understand. I had to spend 3 days to get a hotel address from group leader. When asked for hotel address group leader given me Road name and said this the Hotel name !!! I thought I should forgive him/ them ..I did but for justice I thought I should share this experience with people as they research customer reviews before travel with this company.

My experience with Star Travel was fantastic, the times we are living now with all uncertainties to have an agency who look after you properly is amazing. I would like to thank especially Marcelo.
He is very professional and at the time was keeping me update about the whole situation day by day. I recommend this Travel Agency, 5 star.

I went to Umrah with London Star Travel and what can I say, my experience with them was amazing. They looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. They are a really professional company with great customer service. When there was a problem on the trip they were really quick to sort it out. Worst Travel Agent I have ever dealt with. Their staff members are so rude and dont have ethics hos to speak to the customers. Customer services are zero with them. On top of that they are just grabbing the money from the clients and will never issue their tickets and later on will ask you to pay more money with this excuse the price has gone up. Absolute rubbish and not trust able agent in London. Never ever buy from them

I have booked 5 holidays with the agency .I'm extremely satisfied with Marcelo and Alejandro , they're very helpful, professional , organised, and helped me find a last minute ticket to my home country Brasil .
