Visited East Ham branch, Friendly staff, competitive air fares, would recommend 👍

Tried to book multi city tickets on their website when i was diverted there by Sky scanner, and after filling in all details , their website showed so called ‘technical Error’ and did not let me book the tickets at the end of the process. Wasted my 1 hour filling in all details. Instead they displayed message to ring their customer services team.

Rang Customer services next day and their so called friendly customer services team offered same deal for £400 extra. It’s a day light robbery and cheating. What a shame...

The Manager Gajen is very polite & friendly and helpful. He provides good advices about saving money on air tickets and saving time.

Great price, great service. Dealt with the office manager Selvan who was extremely helpful. Will definitely be booking all my travels with them.

Quite frankly the initial experience was good, no issues with regards to booking and arranging our flights. However, Covid obviously occurred and we wanted to postpone our flights. Our airline was agreeable to postponing flights for free so that was great.

Then the issues ensued. Pooja who was dealing with our case was continually AWOL when trying to get her to agree to swapping the flights, the longer and longer it went on trying to swap the flights the flights we wanted increased in cost. All in all I wasted 5 weeks constantly going back and forth with this useless team of layabouts. Until I finally bit the bullet and cancelled the flights altogether, they're trying to charge £75 for the cancellation but fortunately I have enough evidence, including phone recordings and email trails, to supply to our credit card company that they failed to provide an acceptable service so will be claiming that back via S75. I'd advise everyone else to do the same. No point talking to them they're all as useless as the last and next.

Scammers please avoid them

I must say my experience with Carlton Leisure was excellent. For every small details and changes they contacted me. Very smooth trip. Keep it up.
