Mr Ahmed did his best. He was very helpful everytime I spoke to him, this is why I have already recommended him to my cousin. Our umrah was performed successfully.

Unfortunately Crown Plaza in Madina although the service is excellent and it is a good hotel the ladies entrance was a bit far. Shaza hotel in Makkah is an excellent hotel.

I wish Dynamic travel will consider using a different company, for the road transfer as the present company is unhelpful and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Our 2nd time using this company for booking our Umrah trip. Excellent service on both occasions helping with our flights, hotels and local transport. Mr Ahmed is most helpful. Will definitely recommend anyone looking to book their trip to give them a call.

Hi all. Be careful.

Dont book UMRAH with Dynamic Travels.

They will give you a good deal, but if you don't pay in full, beware, the price of hotel or airlines will go up.

Sadly, the lied to me.

1. At first Zuraiz, who works for Dynamic Travel, said that he can't refund as he paid the reservation fee to the airline company

2. Then when I asked him for the reference number to contact the airline company directly to ask for refund, he said that he will call me back. He never did.

3. After 3 days, on Wednesday when I called you back, he then said he cant refund as per Management.

4. Then he agreed for 50% cancellation fee and 50% refund.

Since March, I am sure that Dynamic Travel deliberately delayed the refund.

As a business, indirect marketing can be a bad effect like negative reviews.

Like I said, I have been waiting for a Refund of £200 since March, but I am still waiting. The agent, Zuraiz, never call me back. I even contacted them by phone and left numerous voicemail, but still no reply. Despite numerous call and email, The refund was NOT issued.

Package Holiday Regulations, which came into effect across the EU in 2018, set out that customers are entitled to a full refund within two weeks of a cancellation.

I now want a FULL REFUND.

The most disgraceful, rude and unprofessional people i have ever come across in my entire life. We called to book an umrah package, they gave us a quote and asked for a £200 deposit to "secure" and the remainder we can pay a month before the departure date set to be in February for the flight and hotels. Then no confirmation email or reciept was given. 3 weeks later i called and they said u didnt pay in full so that package is no longer available which no comment on this was made. They said they informed my wife which WAS A LIE AS THE PHONE WAS ON LOUD SPEAKER. They now quoted me a package £1000 more. I have been CHASING my refund since Thursday. I have been calling them every day since then. And now they said it will take 72 hours to process. I called today and they were very rude. So i will now be making a trip down there personally to see these LIERS FACE TO FACE!!

STAY AWAY!!! Very rude, unprofessional. They get the deposit from you. Then theres no communication. Then bring a completely different package.

This company is based on crooks, fraudesters and liers. Please avoid this company at any cost. We booked our Umrah package from them for 2023 and mention them that we will only book if there is an easy instalments. And agent Zartab assure us that you just need to pay £300 deposit. And rest you can pay on instalments. We paid £300 by the way they only accept Bank transfer. No debit or credit cards. After 2 days of paying deposit he phoned my husband for more £3000 to guarantee the same price and my husband remind him that we agreed on paying on instalments. But he said sorry that price is only for fully paid in advance. Then we have to cancel and now they aren’t giving us our deposit back. We live in Glasgow and these people making fraud with hard earning money.

I can’t speak highly enough of Zartab, he is always on hand to provide excellent customer service and valuable prices on flights/packages. He always is polite and prompt despite my regular demands of editing or checking alternative options before booking. I would highly recommend using dynamic travels

It is my second time traveling with Dynamic Travel. I have traveled on my own the first time and the second time, we were in a group of 19 people. These guys have been brilliant throughout the process as they have never failed to meet the expectations. As well as they made it very easy for me both times And finnaly I would like to thank Bai faisail and Bai farhaan for all that they have done for me and my family to speed the process etc. I would strongly recommend this to other person that is wanting to travel to Saudi Arabia and I would definitely travel with you again in the future.
