Unfortunately Crown Plaza in Madina although the service is excellent and it is a good hotel the ladies entrance was a bit far. Shaza hotel in Makkah is an excellent hotel.
I wish Dynamic travel will consider using a different company, for the road transfer as the present company is unhelpful and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Dont book UMRAH with Dynamic Travels.
They will give you a good deal, but if you don't pay in full, beware, the price of hotel or airlines will go up.
Sadly, the lied to me.
1. At first Zuraiz, who works for Dynamic Travel, said that he can't refund as he paid the reservation fee to the airline company
2. Then when I asked him for the reference number to contact the airline company directly to ask for refund, he said that he will call me back. He never did.
3. After 3 days, on Wednesday when I called you back, he then said he cant refund as per Management.
4. Then he agreed for 50% cancellation fee and 50% refund.
Since March, I am sure that Dynamic Travel deliberately delayed the refund.
As a business, indirect marketing can be a bad effect like negative reviews.
Like I said, I have been waiting for a Refund of £200 since March, but I am still waiting. The agent, Zuraiz, never call me back. I even contacted them by phone and left numerous voicemail, but still no reply. Despite numerous call and email, The refund was NOT issued.
Package Holiday Regulations, which came into effect across the EU in 2018, set out that customers are entitled to a full refund within two weeks of a cancellation.
I now want a FULL REFUND.
