As a party of seven people with ages ranging from 3 to 72 (almost), SKI VIP had a tall order to fill. They did not disappoint. From the moment we were on the transfer coach - with a chocolate bar and bottled water to sustain us - to the moment we left - with bacon rolls to eat later, our week was just about perfect. The hotel was warm, immaculately clean and and very comfortable; the food was of an extremely high standard and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and friendly in all our dealings with them. We were particularly thankful for the daily pick up from the Ski Kindergarten in the middle of the village for our three-year-old and the two older children (7 & 9) and also for the effort put in to give a lift from the hotel to St Christophe when the non-skiing member of the group failed to catch the bus in order to meet up with the others for lunch. We were also grateful when our duvet was exchanged for a lighter one, making for a better night's sleep and last but not least thank you for the delightful birthday cake made for the oldest member of the group. He had long wanted to ski with his grandchildren when he was 72 - and he has now achieved this ambition. We should also mention the excellent tuition given by the ski school to the children, one of whom, at least, was very nervous as he had been quite put off by instruction on a previous holiday (not in Austria). The care given to the youngest child in the Ski Kindergarten was exceptional and she enjoyed (almost) every moment. All these elements, combined with wonderful snow conditions and glorious sunshine on the final few days made this a holiday which has given us memories we will cherish for ever.

The service provided by all of the staff before, during and after the trip exceeded all expectations. After leaving some items in the chalet their staff even transported them back to the UK for me and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!!

My husband and I went on our first chalet ski trip which was also mixed. We were a bit nervous but we need not worry. We were well looked after by Charlotte and dani who were so friendly. The chalet is just gorgeous and cosy with views, hot tub and cinema room. The hosts made fab dinners and we enjoyed the daily breakfast and afternoon tea. A very memorable trip. We will return!!

We went with VIP SKI last January to Avoriaz and it's the best ski trip we've ever been on. Not because of the snow either. VIP SKI were perfect in every way, great food and service. I'd give them 7 stars if I could.

We had a really enjoyable holiday, the chalet it’s self was clean, warm and homely. It was really sociable and the set up of the balcony and hot tub was great, with also the wellness centre such a great perk! It is also a short walk into town. The entrance to the chalet however, was dangerous and unsafe with it being icy and extremely low entrance.
The chalet is not a ski in chalet for all, it is for advance skiers either a black or an advance red run, which are also the first to close due to avalanche risks.
Something that would be worth checking is flight and transfer times, we were not clearly informed about this upon booking and we ended up having to wait 4 hours at the airport due to the lack of transfers and ended up paying for our own private transfer on the way out.
The food was mix and match, out of the 6 meals, two were delicious, the other meals were quite dry. The wine was better than expected! Nat’s baking and deserts were delicious the cakes/afternoon treats were amazing!

VIP Were amazing all round. The UK office team booking were so friendly, professional and helpful, a simple stress free experience . Chalet apartments Aspen House are of fantastic quality and the best Val D'I location, having been In December we quickly booked for our end of season trip again without considering any other operator. Chalet hosts Ethan and then Megan were quickly part of the family and super nice. The resort crew led by Charlie were super attentive and all lovely. Thanks again to the entire VIP Team. Had an absolutely perfect trip to Val thanks to VIP SKI. Stayed in No.7 Bellevarde which was amazing. The location was excellent and surrounded by nature, the furnishings and facilities were exceptional, the VIP SKI staff were fantastic and the food was outstanding. I came home super relaxed having spent so long in the heated pool and being utterly spoilt by the staff. I could honestly not find fault from my first contact with VIP SKI all the way through. You can tell I enjoyed it because I took hardly any photos. I did make a lot of memories though :)

I am so glad that I picked VIP SKI for my first skiing experience, as they did not disappoint in the slightest! From the first conversations with the sales team to help find great accommodation and organising lessons, to the most lovely and helpful chalet staff, delicious food and drinks, and the most AMAZING chalet at Bellevarde 7 (the outdoor heated pool was a particular game changer) - it was all incredible from start to finish. Everything about the trip went way beyond my expectations, and I can't talk highly enough of everyone at VIP SKI. I can't wait to return!!
