We went to flight center last year because we were told they specialize in destination wedding. Jenn was our agent and was very helpful with picking a place for our wedding. But after we signed the contract everything went downhill. From not responding to me or our guest for weeks, to not taking anyone's deposits off their credit cards until months after she was supposed to. It was the worst experience that i have ever dealt with before. I do not recommend this company for any reason.

We went to flight centre thinking it would be pretty easy... far from it! Jen was our agent and whilst lovely customer service it appeared she had no clue what she was doing. What was meant to be a booking of one of the eurail passes for 5 people for an amazing amount turned into all of us spending an extra £100!!! She made no effort to help us after she screwed up. Not impressed as now it further seems after spending the extra amount we can’t even use them. Would not recommend this company at all.
