Very bad service, after I booked ticket payement system very complicated and old fashen system

Excellent fares to all destinations worldwide- I always book British Airways with Masterfare.
Better than online prices many times.

I always receive great customer service and have a long relationship with their staff to sort all my travel needs.

A fraudulent company by the name of FARESHOPPERS with people using bogus names Jack Miller and Jeff Thomas used this company to defraud us of almost £2,000 in flight tickets they never had any intention of paying for!

Masterfare is fully aware of the issue and were not in the least helpful!!!! A vehicle and complicit in the fraud!

Good customer service, especially dealing with Mr Ahmed, Manchester branch
