Incredible booking and travel experience! As a personal assistant I need to ensure I am well informed when I am booking a specific venue and location. I was extremely impressed by how responsive and detail oriented Firefly Collection were with my first booking and as a result of this, I am in the process of arranging several more over the next year! The first property exceeded all expectations and throughout the trip Meg was continually engaged to ensure everything was as expected. Meg's knowledge of each of the properties she suggested was exemplary and tailored to very specific requests. Firefly Collection are the embodiment of white glove service and I look forward to continuing to utilise their services going forward.

We had an amazing ski holiday with Firefly - they made everything so so easy, which was v useful with three babies in tow! The chalet was fantastic and Meg and the team were simply brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and everything was super efficiently. We will definitely be booking our next ski holiday through Firefly!

Our experience at Skyfall was perfect. The house is so well designed, comfortable, clean, with beautiful views and everything we needed at hand. Just outstanding!! The location is amazing, so close to everything.
However, the most amazing thing has been the team behind our stay. Everyone was extremely profesional, polite and friendly. There was never any request, idea or need that wasn’t perfectly attended with a smile. A true five stars experience.
