Fraud company never ever go with this company again .they Owen me £1532 from last one year now they disappear and the phone is off

Booked flights to florida , 10 months before departure, paid in full, £2600, got no e tickets or conformation , eventually they sent a dodgey looking conformation. Then 15 hrs before we were set to flyout, they call is to say we are off the flight list,no explanation, but said they could get us another flight, but demanded £1400 more, I smelt a rat, refused. In the mean time we were all packed, bording passes printed of virgin, car hire booked , hotels , money changed, train tickets bought, crying children, a complete nightmare! No holiday, cost me a fortune. In the end credit card company chased them, police are on to them , fraud squad, atol are also investigating them. Please stay away , they go by various names, travel with smiles, markhor travel, markhor flights, all same company and people, office registered in Harrow, but could be anywhere, website is based in the states, also they write up there own reviews , look on trust pilot, if anyone writes a bad review , they report it, and it gets took off, please be aware these are scam artists, promise the world, then rip you off, also atol can not do anything, only if company Gos bust, hope this helps people from being conned, book only with airline or genuine sites etc, expedia , travel republic etc, regards !
