I can safely say that I made a big mistake booking with this company and will never repeat that mistake! Very unhelpful and needs to attend customer services training to learn how to deal with customers in times such as these. I wish anyone trying to get their money back for cancelled trips good luck!

These people take my £100 deposit. Theives would not recommend them advise find reputable travel agents before departing with your money. Up to me I would not reward any star they do not deserve. I am thinking of reporting them to the police.

The staff are very welcoming, it's like talking to one of your favorite family member, they do explain everything you need to know to you in detail, I would recommend them

I have booked with dawling travel agents a few times, I will say they are very accommodating, polite and always try their best to find the best deal/price for whatever destination and dates you want to travel for. I always book with them and highly rates their services.

Please do not be fooled by this 4 star rating. This place is a rip off. The government has issued a 5000 pound fine for people leaving the UK and they refuse to allow people to cancel and refund. If you did pay a deposit you will probably find yourself in my situation where you can't get a refund but get a credit. In these hard times this company is robbing even the blind. Stay away from this company get a credit card or book directly with the airlines who will refund you your money. *1 BIG SCAM*
