I have to say Abdirisaq was incredibly responsive and kept in constant communication, answering any questions and providing additional support before, after and as well as during the journey. I would have to say it was the trip of a life time. It is extremely difficult to make everyone satisfied, but you did everything you can to make our trip memorable. Then you will never meet them
For example When I booked for my Umra last Ramadan been told it a four stars hotel., but when I arrived to Mecca found a zero star hotel full of insects
Four beds in a small double room and for you to imagine the nightmare

Msg to any person reading this.. pls do not use these people.. they are total scammers… I purchased flight tickets with them & received what I thought was e-tickets.. the following day they sent me a msg through WhatsApp telling me there was a problem with my tickets & needed to upgrade me to business class totally free of charge cos they made an error.. then they asked me to pay a further big amount which they would refund my account within 30 mins.. I tried several times day after day trying to contact them but they never answer the phone.. eventually when I did get through to them they asked for my name.. when telling them they then hung up on me.. pls anyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

Very bad people after booking they don't help you at all.they don't help you in your tickets.pleasa its a fraud company be aware.

They charged me extra 300 for my ticket which I booked 3 months in Advance.
My advice is to just check online for your tickets.
It’s Haram to over charge by that much. We booked with them cause they had some money of ours that they didn’t want to refund and told us to buy another ticket but we are losing again cause overcharged by too much.
