Bianca gave superb customer service when the online team had left me high and dry (and very anxious) days before I was due to fly. Bianca was brilliant in my hour of need. Next time I'll book in the shop with Bianca!

All the staff in this travel agents are brilliant.....they are all so helpful hence why I have used them for years.....if u want excellent advice and customer service then this is highly recommended.....
